What Zillow Does Not Want You to See

Check out this real life example of an offer that a client of mine received from Zillow.

After Zillow bought the home for under market. Her house ended up selling on the open market for $430,000 two weeks later.

The Only difference was the seller was not able to take home their equity…. unfortunately they gave the majority of it to Zillow.
